Out Of State Requests

Out of State Requests services allows providers to request coverage for medically necessary services delivered outside Minnesota when care is unavailable in-state. Providers must follow MHCP guidelines for prior authorization, documentation, and billing through MN–ITS to ensure compliance and timely reimbursement.
